Bespoke training
We only describe a few of our most popular training programmes on this site. Many of the courses we provide for our customers are actually bespoke or customised in some way. A customer will contact us, describe the issue they have and we advise how we can best help. So if you have a specific training need for your team and you'd like a customised training programme then talk to us about it.
It needn't be any more expensive. Most customised training programmes are based at least in part on courses we have run previously with extra modules added on specific areas of interest or case studies looking at particular applications. That means the price is typically the same as it would be for a standard course on your premises. If it is a very specialist area then we may need further input from your or for one of our trainers to spend some time with you. Copyright of materials remains with OTT unless otherwise agreed. If we can't meet your need because it is outside our area of expertise then we'll tell you that.
One of the advantages of customised training is that it can also include an element of consultancy if required. Sometimes you may need advice on purchasing or documentation and procedures etc. Depending on what is involved this may or may not be charged separately.
Our training schedule does get booked up well in advance for much of the year, so if you think you may be interested in a custom programme then let us know (without commitment) as far in advance as you can, so that we can discuss what is needed and give you an idea of when we would be able to do it. You may need to allow for 3 months until we would have a free slot available.
