Technology Clinic

We have always said that a general 'training course' is not always the answer. A Technology Clinic allows for a more personalised approach and can be arranged for just one person or a small group such as a project management team.

An OTT technology clinic offers a unique combination of training and consultancy that can provide the support and expertise to address your specific challenges. You provide us with an outline of the issues you'd like to deal with and samples of documentation if relevant, and we provide a trainer/expert for a session held either on your own premises or another suitable venue by arrangement.

All sessions will have different objectives and emphasis, but for example a sample session might include a technical update on new developments in the technology and the marketplace, a chance to review your procedures against best practices, an exploration of future options and identification of areas for further research.

From this session you may gain the necessary boost to take issues forward yourself or you may want to commission us to provide additional consultancy, technical support or further training for other members of your team.
