produce it to the same high quality as the 'real
work' that an organisation is carrying out.
So we often find that documentation can be an area
where companies let themselves down. Key issues are
omitted or not tied down accurately enough.
Procedures aren't detailed clearly enough, so become
ambiguous. Irrelevant items are copied from previous
specifications. The wrong standards are referred to.
