Project Support

The main focus for many of our customers is on the complex practical task of getting a cabling project completed to a high quality.

Although documentation is important, there often just isn't time or appropriate in-house resource to produce it to the same high quality as the 'real work' that an organisation is carrying out.

So we often find that documentation can be an area where companies let themselves down. Key issues are omitted or not tied down accurately enough. Procedures aren't detailed clearly enough, so become ambiguous. Irrelevant items are copied from previous specifications. The wrong standards are referred to. There are many pitfalls.

OTT has considerable expertise in presenting technical documentation for you or we can review your existing documentation to check that it is clear, up-to-date, accurate and relevant.

We undertake all forms of documentation in our key expertise area of communications cabling infrastructure projects:

  • Review of Specification or Tender Documents

  • Technical procedure documents such as method statements

  • Checklists and Forms

  • Presentation of test results

We can present documents on paper, as .pdf format or web based html format &/by email or on CD, as suits you.

Why not ask us for a quote. Email us at solutions@ott.co.uk - describe your document, its purpose and its length and what you
